Rice-Stuffed Vine Leaves

Tender vine leaves picked at the Cretan vineyards and stuffed with rice, vegetables and a blend of spices, according to a traditional recipe.

Microwave Oven, remove cover and while still frozen, sprinkle water over them, cover and heat for 1 minute(s).

Saucepan, remove cover, defrost and place in the saucepan with water that just about covers the base of the pan and heat for about 5 minutes. Optional: add half a vegetable stock and some lemon mixed with extra virgin olive oil.

Deep freeze in -18 ºC for a year from date of production.
